The story felt well crafted, and I find it was a good sign that the don't move sections at times felt like they lasted a lot longer than they really did.

This was a massive breakthrough for Supermassive, and that's for good reason. Until dawn: Until dawn is undoubtedly the most cared for of these games. The two different options for a final chapter, along with the fact that practically any two characters could be put in the spotlight for them had me keep coming back to replay it. I loved the branching paths of this game, and things like the optional chapters really made me feel like my choices had a difference. That doesn't mean that I don't acknowledge its flaws, of course, as no game comes without those. Man of Medan: Man of Medan was the first supermassive game that I played, and as such I may have a bit of a bias for it. I did however like the fact that this title broke the trend of the DPA games having "fake" threats. I absolutely loved the building friendship of Jason and Salim, but the love triangle between Eric, Rachel and Nick felt so forced, and I would have much preffered it if they used the time to dive further into the intresting parts of each's personalities. Notably, Eric has almost no plot armor, while most other characters can't die until the vault. My two major gripes with this game were a, the plot armor, and b, the relationships between certain characters. House of Ashes: Another game I really enjoyed, though it couldn't quite beat out the others on this list. The latter of these flaws really hurts the multi-player aspect of this game. In the end, your ending is reliant on only a few choices, and only one character really mattered. Little hope: While I really did enjoy Little hope, I feel it had the least branching narrative out of the games. without playing until Dawn I am sure I would enjoy this one more The Quarry - I wanted this game to be perfect, I wanted it to be like Until dawn but more (or exactly like until dawn) and maybe that is why I did not like it as much as I should, it is trying to be and it fails on every level.
